Committee moved to approve project design with the understanding that: (1) traditional flat vinyle siding be used for both the building's upper (Colonial Ivory) and lower levels (Vintage Wicker); (2) Vintage Wicker color be used for the 3"-wide window trim surrounds; (3) a consistent bottom band of Exteria Stacked Stone be installed up to the bottom level of the new windows beginning on the Fulton Rd. frontage and wrapping to the last window on the Sckett Avenue frontage; (4) the portable air conditioner unit located on the Sackett Avenue facade be removed; (5) Vintage Wicker-colored corner posts be installed on either side of the angled former entrance way at the Fulton-Sackett intersection; (6) a Vintage Wicker-colored aluminum cornice feature wrap the facade from Fulton Avenue to Sackett Avenue at a height that is consistent with the existing Fulton Road cornice height.
